Got questions?

We’ve got answers.

1. How much does it cost?

Why isn’t there a fixed price list on your website? How do you actually calculate project costs?

Video is not an off-the-shelf product. Our quotes are calculated after evaluating the precise production complexity your project demands. We base our pricing primarily on the number of shoot days required, followed by post-production scope, 2D or 3D animation needs, AI tool integration, and similar technical variables. Furthermore, we always encourage clients to share their ballpark budget—this allows us to immediately identify what is feasible and maximize ROI within that framework. We take pride in ensuring clients never pay for resources they don’t need.

Reach out—we don’t bite. Creativity often shines brightest when resources are constrained.

2. Process & Logistics

How long does the entire process take, from the initial call to the final video?

The project timeline mostly depends on its complexity. Standard projects typically take between 2 and 4 weeks, which covers all phases: pre-production and scripting, filming, and final editing and post-production. Naturally, we also offer fast-track protocols for events and urgent cases where you need the final video as early as tomorrow.

The short answer is – no, you don’t. You definitely won’t be sitting in the editing suite, and while you are always welcome on set, all creative, logistical, and organizational responsibilities are entirely on us.

Naturally, your input is necessary, but that doesn’t mean you have to be physically present at all times or babysit us. Our philosophy is to act as your ally, meaning we respect your busy schedule and tight deadlines. The last thing you need is a barrage of extra questions. That is why during our initial deep-dive discovery phase, we gather everything we need so we don’t disturb your workflow—reaching out only at key decision milestones.

Even though we are almost always behind the lens, we understand that standing in front of the camera is not easy. One of our main tasks is to create a supportive atmosphere and make that situation as easy as possible for you. Besides, 90% of the people in front of our cameras are not professional actors, we don’t shoot live broadcasts, and most mistakes can be fixed in post-production.

3. Technicalities and Creativity

What if we don't like the first draft of the video at all? How many revision rounds do we get?

Honestly? Revisions are rare for us, and we are extremely proud of that. We prefer to put in maximum effort and dedication right from the start, rather than waste your time and ours with fixes later on. Of course, if a minor correction or a change of mind happens along the way, we are not rigid as long as the revisions are constructive. Our ultimate goal is a satisfied client, not leaving you stuck with a product you don’t like or don’t need.

We use the most advanced premium AI tools, but strictly as high-level assistants—not as a replacement for human creativity and craft. AI helps us in project preparation (such as creating storyboards), advanced visual effects, removing unwanted objects from footage in post-production, or cleaning and processing audio. Authentic stories, emotions, real people, and directing always come first for us.

Of course. Aspect ratios and the platforms where the video will be shown are defined right at the very beginning. If you want ready-to-use versions for all channels (horizontal for web and TV, vertical for Reels and TikTok), we plan for that right on set. We shoot in high 4K resolution (or higher) in a horizontal format, where the framing itself anticipates vertical crops as well. This way, from a single shoot, you get a complete package of materials perfectly optimized for all networks and platforms.

Full pre-production—from coming up with the creative concept, writing the script, and shot listing to location scouting—is an integral part of our job. However, if you only have a rough idea, we will help you shape it; if you already have everything worked out, we will help you bring it to life.

Good editing, color grading, and sound design can work wonders even with amateur footage, provided it is technically usable (not completely blurry, pitch black, or out of focus). As a rule, we first review a portion of the material and give you an honest assessment of whether it makes sense to proceed with it or if it would be better to produce new content.

4. Legal Safety

How do you handle music copyright for the video? Will YouTube or Meta block our video?

No way, José! We exclusively use music from premium global platforms for which we have clear documentation and digital licenses. These licenses and their pricing depend on the scope of the project—rights for TV commercials or film productions are negotiated and licensed separately, while for all other standard projects (web, social media), everything is covered by our proposal and the video will run on any platform without any blocks.

Once the invoice is settled, the finished video is 100% yours, and you can use it however you wish. As for the raw footage, the industry standard is that it remains the property of the production company as part of our copyright and know-how. However, if you specifically want the raw material for future internal use, just let us know at the very beginning so we can include it in the contract. As a rule, we do not charge our clients any extra fee for this.
